Returns

We gladly accept returns within seven days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at team@womantifytextile.com. We will guide you through the exchange process, and any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items
